Session 2: Practice Management & Project Management (PcM & PjM)
This session covers the business side of architecture, including business structures, financial planning, and risk management. We’ll dig into contracts, ownership transitions, and the regulatory environment architects operate within. We’ll also dive into PjM, focused on managing the design and construction process, and address project budgets, schedules, and quality control. Attendees will review team coordination, project delivery methods, and how to keep a project on track from start to finish.
