DESCRIPTION:Join a free study group covering all six ARE exams\, one exam division per week. Whether you’re just starting the ARE process or knocking out your last division\, come learn from each other’s experience\, compare study strategies\, and work through practice questions together. \nYOU MUST REGISTER FOR EACH SESSION INDIVIDUALLY. \nSession 2: Practice Management & Project Management (PcM & PjM) \nThis session covers the business side of architecture\, including business structures\, financial planning\, and risk management. We’ll dig into contracts\, ownership transitions\, and the regulatory environment architects operate within. We’ll also dive into PjM\, focused on managing the design and construction process\, and address project budgets\, schedules\, and quality control. Attendees will review team coordination\, project delivery methods\, and how to keep a project on track from start to finish. \nEvery Weekly Session \nQuick rundown of what’s on the exam \nRecommended study materials \nHonest talk on difficulty and pacing \nReal experience and tips from those who’ve taken it \nOpen Q&A \nGroup practice questions from NCARB or related resources \nWho should join? Anyone pursuing architectural licensure\, from AXP beginners to those on their final ARE division. \nAll experience levels welcome!
