Mark your calendar and grab your crew — the 2026 Annual Brew & ’Cue + Cornhole Tournament, Presented by Siplast is back! Join AIA New Orleans on June 27 from 1–5 PM at the Broadside for a laid-back summer afternoon filled with smoky BBQ, cold brews, friendly competition, and plenty of good vibes.
Feeling competitive? We’ve got an open call to compete in our BBQ showdown! Architects, engineers, contractors, and AEC partners — this is your moment to show off your smoker skills. Teams of three can sign up to prepare one protein and one side for a shot at first or second place in our judges’ competition plus People’s Choice. Interested? Email [email protected] to learn how to join the fun — sign-up deadline is JUNE 13, 2026.
Not into BBQ but still want in on the action? Jump into our cornhole tournament! For just $20, you and a friend can compete for a grand prize and year-long bragging rights. Regulation boards and bags are provided, and our Master of Cornhole will walk everyone through the rules. A bag in one hand, a beer in the other — honestly, what could be better?
For our fourth year, we’re bringing in live music from Them Jaywalkers (feat. Jay Dufour of City of New Orleans Office of Safety & Permits). Check out their Instagram for scenes and clips from their performances around the city.
And yes — this is our only family-friendly event of the year, so bring the kids! Children 12 and under get in free, and our bouncy house and water slide are always crowd favorites (don’t forget swimsuits and towels). Popsicles and games round out the day, guaranteeing happy kiddos and early bedtimes after a perfect summer outing.
