Mentees in the 2023 EDI Mentorship Program have an opportunity to participate in Session 2 – Interview Practice, hosted in-person at the AIA Center for Design on Wednesday, April 19th at 5:30pm.

As a mentee, you will prepare for interviews by understanding the process from an employer’s POV. This will involve a group training, followed by individual mock-interviews with practicing license architects.
